Pike Creek is a census-designated place (CDP) in New Castle County, Delaware, United States and is part of the Philadelphia-Camden-Wilmington, PA-NJ-DE-MD Metropolitan statistical area. In 2007, CNN's Money Magazine ranked Pike Creek number 79 on its list of the 100 Best Places to Live in the United States. Pike Creek was the only community in Delaware to appear on the list. The population was 7,808 at the 2020 Census. Local attractions include Middle Run Natural Area, White Clay Creek State Park, Carousel Farm Park and Equestrian Center, Golf and Restaurants. Pike Creek is approximately five miles from downtown Newark, which contains the University of Delaware. Pike Creek is connected to the University of Delaware campus and the Newark downtown area by several bike trails. Pike Creek is approximately 10 miles west of the state's largest city, Wilmington, which is a national financial center.

I saw Donald Pell's signage on my way to work. It was the best phone call I ever made. Donald and his entire team are professional, thorough, and do an excellent job. Once the job is completed they continue to monitor the job. It's nice to see a company that takes pride in their work. The photos I have attached are plantings that are only 5 months young. I would highly recommend this company.

I was on the phone with Jenna their landscape architect and I thought she's awesome. I would hire them sight unseen! She was so wonderful listening and providing me with her professional insights about my plans that I only wish I could hire them except my property is too small. Don Pell and his team were fantastic. They apprised of us what to expect for our project from time frame to cost to detailed plans. The team was excellent answering questions and giving us maintenance ideas. Included was a detailed "blueprint" with names of plantings.The group did four meadows for us and all are thriving 1-3 years after planting.Don Pell was available by phone whenever necessary. We highly recommend the Don Pell team and if we had any more areas to plant, would hire them again!

We engaged Don Pell Gardens six months before our new house was finished with the goals of creating a landscape design that anchored our new home to the rural/mountain environment, stabilized steep terrain and managed water run off from the large roof area. Don's was attentive to our needs and concerns to ensure they were reflected in his proposal. The design and implementation exceeded our expectations. In addition to accomplishing the stated goals we have beautiful gardens that we will enjoy for many years to come. Don's team were very focused, professional, courteous and worked seamlessly with our builders as they completed the house. Even our builders were complimentary!
